Happy Birthday Mallori

Kaitlyn's sweet friend Mallori turned 8 and had her birthday at a skating rink! This was Kaitlyn and Noah's first time to skate (other than sidewalks). They had so much fun! Kaitlyn took off and kept up with all the other girls. Noah stayed with me, but we had fun! It has been forever since I've skated :) My two little skaters

Kaitlyn starts kindergarten!

I can't believe it, but the day has finally come for Kaitlyn to start kindergarten! I thought I was prepared until last night, and then I totally lost it! I just realized how much I am going to miss her and how the house is going to seem empty without her! I knew Noah was going to miss her lots too. But she was so excited and ready to start school, so that puts my mind at ease seeing her confidence. She woke up this morning and got ready without a care in the world. She wasn't the slightest bit nervous. She told us about 10 times that she couldn't wait until recess and snack time! She went right into her classroom and sat down at her little table with no problems! We told her good-bye and then headed off to the Boo-Hoo breakfast! I'm going to miss her so much, but I'm happy to see her so excited to start school! I hope she has a great year!

We went to see our niece Bekah play volleyball! It was the first game we have seen her play. She is really good! Kaitlyn & Noah absolutely adore her. They were really excited to see her play, they cheered Go Bekah Go! She is such a sweetie! We love you lots Bekah!

Grandma & Granddad kept the kids while I worked. They had a great idea to take them to the children's museum to play! Noah loves to dress up! So the first thing he told me was that he got to wear REAL cowboy clothes with a star. They had such a fun day! They love spending time with their grandparents!

Starting with a Bang!

Kaitlyn has been begging me for about 3 months to get bangs. But I didn't think the summer was the best time since we are always swimming and I didn't know if she'd like the feel of hair on her forehead when it's hot outside. So I told her that if she still really wanted them she could get them right before school starts. She was soooo excited! This was her first real haircut! Lauren did a great job! I think Kaitlyn looks so cute! Oh, and I decided to get bangs too!

Our niece Linzi is 1 years old! We can't believe it! We have had so much fun getting to know her this year. She has such a cute personality! Kody and April gave her a really fun party. She had on the cutest dress! She is crawling and very wiggly so these pictures were the best I could get! :) We love you so much Linzi! Happy Birthday!

We kept Hannah for the day while her mommy and daddy were at work. She is the cutest thing! She was so happy and just was just babbling all day. Kaitlyn and I took her shopping with us to get Kaitlyn's uniforms for school. We found just what we needed, then headed back to the house for lunch and naps! We had so much fun with her!
